At KOI Footwear, we want you to be obsessed with your new kicks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and sent back in the original shoe box to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Kicks
Place the unworn shoes back in their original KOI box and secure them in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
